He and his colleague came to my home either the same day or the very next day, began working on my drawings immediately, and got my permit approved WITHOUT COMMENTS the very first time! When the contractor vaulted my ceiling, braced my joists, and ran into a bit of difficulty locating the specified skylights, Dr. Ghaffari immediately picked up the phone each and every time we called to field questions and provide solutions.
